Angry Pushback from a customer on voice ads

Dear Xolox,

Consider this pushback from a customer.

You need to stop accepting ads that have a voice component to them or I'll get rid of Xolox.

I run VOIP and work and at home. At work having a voice ad blare out where my colleagues can hear is unacceptable. The **** would hit the fan were you to play a porn ad.

At home I've been woken up at 3:am by a voice ad. The ringer is left on so I can receive calls from work (I'm a sys admin). This is unacceptable given that I let Xolox run 24/7 in the hope that I give more to the community than I take.

In addition I am a gamer who uses VOIP to exchange real time messages with other gamers while we play the game. Your voice ads are screwing up gameplay.
As I've said elsewhere, voice ads are essentialy inviting a loud telemarketer into your home.

Listen to your wallet, get rid of the voice ads before they cut into market acceptance of your product.

Respectfully,

Paul Courry
