Default XXAA is watching, SPAMing the network, proof

XXAA (XX = MP or RI take your pick) seems to be at 64.15.XXX.XXX has a large block of IP addresses and a whole bunch of machines set up with Gnuc Morph, Limewire.
I assume it's their back up plan in case their lawsuit fails then it's time to track down each and every user.
Every time you try to get a file from these servers you get a HTTP 404 NOT FOUND error even though it advertises it has the file. If your client doesn't show this, you don't notice and think everything is ok.
YOU HAVE BEEN LOGGED!
What can we do about this? Is this SPAM? Are they wasting our bandwidth?
What would be wrong with requesting every mp3 file name out there from this server? Wouldn't that make a log file inaccurate? Which file did you really download if any? How can they tell?
What if you downloaded a lot of MP3's and then deleted them? Wouldn't the log show all those files? But you don't have them, must have downloaded them in error, oops!
Any other thoughts?
