Their lack of professionalism is mind boggling, isn't it? Obviously, they knew it was problematic, at least the creator of the automated message did. Too bad he/she didn't speak to the other folks in the office to coordinate their reaction. I just don't understand how they could be smart enough to write this type of application, but can't connect the dots in their own office.
