Unhappy Error 1647 Unable to Create Install Driver Instance
I've downloaded ver. 2.8 on my windows 2000 and I get the following message.

"Error 1647: Unable to create Install Driver instance. Return code. 2147312566." Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.
