1) Adding permanent nodes does NOT increase d/l times.
2) With permanent nodes, you have to wait a bit for the cache to fill up
3) You might be behind a firewall if you can't connect
4) If you still have no luck, download the hostlist file from qtella.net and load it into gnucleus.
