Thanks for the update bigbear.

The work LW and Acq do is worth supporting on OSX, but I haven't tried Phex yet. All three are Java based. Drumbeat and Myster have also been mentioned, but I haven't tried them for quite a while. Don't know of any other legitimate clients (heard of some others, but they didn't sound legitimate). You've started with the best, but they are far from complete.

btw, the engine that runs LW is adapted for Acq, so although Acq feels more elegant on OSX (it only works on Jag), mostly they are the same when it comes to the actual "driving."

When Acq seems to lag, try LW, but if you see an 80% difference, you aren't seeing a difference between the two. You are probably seeing the way the Gnutella network changes from moment to moment or the files you were sharing happened to ready and willing.

Don't get sucked into judging one against the other--just enjoy and support both.
