Default Limewire charged my credit card twice

... Yep, and I have tried emailing their service@limewire.com,
and the message was bouned back to me saying I had to follow
their rules for contacting them. So I followed their link from the
email to the support section and it gave me 404 page not found error. Let's face it. Line wire, your support is somewhat lacking in this area.
How can I get this problem corrected?
