Default what do I turn on in Mac OS X to use Limewire & share iTunes files?

Hi,
I've recently upgraded from Macintosh Operating System 9.2.2 to Mac OS 10.2.6.
I'm really happy w/the new OS & the new computer (I went from a blue & white Mac G3 to a G4), but I'm not quite sure what I need to turn on & off in the Mac when I'm ready to share files in Limewire.

For example: In the old OS (9.2.2) I had to turn on file sharing, appletalk and open my firewall (Personal Doorstop), then tell Limewire to connect in order to share files. Now I can't seem to find anything in the G4 except file sharing, and then I'm not sure what files I'm sharing.

Plus I've uploaded a s**tload of music (almost 1200 tunes) to my G4 from my personal CD library to use in itunes and with my ipod (the best gift I've EVER received, ever ) and I'd like to be able to share these music files as well, however, the itunes files are in a different place than my Limewire "shared" file and I'm not sure if I have to dupe them & put them in the shared folder or if Limewire clients can get to them too.
My firewall (Norton Personal Firewall 3.0 for Mac) has options to allow both Limewire & iTunes file sharing, but they're different port numbers, and I'm not sure if I open itunes file sharing that Limewire clients can get to them.

I'm also kind of paranoid about who has access to what in my computer (as I'm sure most people are)-I work as a concert and sports photographer, and my images are my living. A lot of what I shoot is very marketable, and I don't want the wrong type of folks grabbing my images & selling them, so I want to be able to open only the files I'd like to share.

I'd like to thank all the folks out there in Limewireland in advance for all their help & support. Thanks!
