I think LW still has a "no refund" policy, but Pro users can get email support (see
http://www.limewire.com/english/cont...pportpro.shtml ).
They'll need to know the version, OS, how you connect to the internet and probably more.
btw--try posting in the LW forums. You should be able to delete this thread by using the "edit" button on your above post to get at the "delete" checkbox and button.
Cheers--if your ISP allows filesharing through gnutella, you should be able to get LW to work well.
