I think that in order to try to get more people to read the rules, new users and all guests useing the forums should have to read and agree to the rules annoucement. Than mabey 9 of 15 people would read it instead of 3 of 15
. Just a suggestion. And how about that proposed sticky I sent you Ursula? Any new developments on that (I don't mean to bother you if you are really busy, just wondering).
