Hello -

Is the launch button supposed to be starting the downloaded file in the appropriate player? I'm getting nothing when I hit the launch button. Should I reinstall? Running 9.1 on new iBook - haven't made the leap to OSX yet, but it looks like it may be a good idea to do so soon!
