Thank you both, I appreciate your thoughfulness.

I'm fairly sure that DC++ doesn't run off of the Java platform.

Another little piece of info you guys should know...when the computer locks, the HD led light on my PC case is constantly lit. Can one of you guys link me to any patches for LimeWire, just in case I need one?
