I used Phex 0.9 with no problems but now I can't get any connections with phex 2.0. I keep seeing "connection closed by remote host." I'm using WindowsXP and run Norton Internet Security 2003. I've trying everything I can think of. On the rare times I have gotten a connection (less than 10 mins) I can't download, I keep seeing "Ignored by candidate."
