OK, I have narrowed it down to this.

There is no conflict. There is no problem with Java. Everything is just fine, however when connecting P2P through ANY program, such as LimeWire, Morpheus, and DC++, they lock in the same manner. Is there any way to fix this? I'm guessing it's a corrupted .dll file somewhere that is in charge of P2P networking. Any way to update these things?
