THAT is jacked....start up IE, go to tools>internet options and change that..to something...anydåmnthing (I use www.whatismyip.com )...HP is fekking EVIL...

since BS 'checks' with home upon startup (using IE) this may be the root of your problems

try that out, and report back

and....download AdAwareSE and Spybot Search & Destroy...install them...update them...and run them....
yeah my thing is actually set to www.msn.com, however my default[when i click the default button] its that ie.redirect.hp.com... so yeah... and what do you mean about "since BS 'checks' with home upon startup (using IE) this may be the root of your problems" sorry i guess i'm noobish, cause i don't know what you mean by that :x
