All the .dat files will have backups, named the same but with ".bak" added to
the filenames. Delete the original .dat files and take .bak off the backups, and BearShare might load them up next time you start it up. You might have to change a Folder Options setting to see the file extensions properly. The setting is in Tools/Folder Options/View and is called "Hide extensions for known file types". Enable the Console so you can see error messages and get details. Fool around with the settings in there to get familiar with it. There are so many reports available you could get information overload. In this case enable error reports in all of the download modules. If BearShare doesn't find the downloads after a restart you might as well delete everything to save the disk space. |
