Ursula thankyou also ! If i can get my song download speed down to 30 seconds as Aaron suggested, i will be one happy bunny ! :P Although i am grateful Bearshare is working properly for me at last and hopefully sometime soon, i can begin to help other users who are just starting out with this wonderful piece of software. If you saw my profile you would see my age of 69...Senior citizen...can't remember much of anything that happened 3 minutes ago much less 8 months ago when I got this new PC with the wonderful Vista. LOL. All I remember is when I tried to dl Bearshear it said..."Fagetaboutit! You got Vista"
 ...or something like that. Thanks for the welcome! P
