I have tried all types of cd's the recently being JVC CD-R80
for Audio I tried this one because it states on the cover for music only. While looking through the posts in the Forum I am thinking maybe Windows 9 is not exactly the method for creating cd 's and maybe I should consider purchasing a different cd burning product I am completely new to this and any help and advice would be much appreciated
Thanks
Fonzie

Just one suggestion, drop your burn speed down to the minimum that both your burner & the disk will allow. Then see if that makes a difference to all-round compatibility for all players. You might be surprised. Some standalone players (particularly the older ones) don't like cd-r's burnt at high speeds! Whereas dvd players are not so fussy b/c they have better read abilities at lower reflectivity.
