I downloaded the previous version and the crack for it as you mentioned, but i keep getting the message of " This copy of Bearshare has expired "
Please help .............

thanks a lot for the info, but i went through the forums and it was suggested that by deleting all the library files bearshare might work, and it DID. I will do what you suggested as i a. still not completely happy with bearshare. thanks

Hello I have looked at this forum many times, and i downloaded the bearshare mentioned here and i liked it, i had to reinstall my OS and tried to redownload the Bearshare and now it will let me download. but when i go through the bearstart it says that the file is not valid. can anyone help?

are you completely positive that you downloaded the version of BS in the beginning of this thread?

yes, i did. i am still having this problem.

I've had this problem a couple of times....try this...completely uninstall BS...remove BearStart....defragment your drive....install BSbeta again and then try using BearStart to start it....sometimes BearStart doesn't work when it is 'slowed' down by other processes going on at the same time...and fragementation exaberates this
