Quick Question: I have version 6.0.2.25318 ...
I see that somewhere that bearshare was sabotoged, but I do not if I understand right or not, but I have version 6.0.2.25318. Another question I believe I can only search for audio and video files shouldnt I be able to look up sofwares and pictures too, or did I do something wrong when setting it up?

Look at Sticky: BearShare has been sabotaged again. 5.1.0b25 is the version
you want. 5.2 was sabotaged, then they added the Zango/180solutions spyware. Version 6 is just a crippled clone of iMesh that sells DRM infected crap.
