New Key

I have been trying to get a new key for the past 3 weeks and I have not recieved any emails. I have even wrote to bearshare support and other then the automated email I have not recieved anything. I have a paid subscription which I can't use but my account is ticking away. My email address on the account is ***. I would appreciate someone following through.
