Could you please give me an easy method for reinstalling Microsoft WORD 2016 which I deleted by mistake in my list of programs when I opened the Control Panel on my pc?
The WORD version I use is not a free version, but one which I had bought online a few months ago. I am on Windows 10 and my pc is a laptop. Have tried to sign in to my Microsoft Account, but my usual password was not accepted. I asked to reset my password, and the Microsoft Account Team sent me a code number which I am told to use to get a new password. The problem is that I do not know where to enter the code number; therefore I have no way of resetting the password. Thank you very much in advance. Joe |

Hi Joe,
Try the advice here (click on link): https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/...t-sign-in-cant That might solve the issue of where to enter the code that you received from MS. * Moved from LimeWire section* Last edited by birdy; January 13th, 2017 at 07:05 PM. Reason: Moving thread |
