problem with green letters

for some reson whenever i create a new folder or download somthing the name is allways green and it sez its encrypted in the proporties of the file. why are moast of the new files i make green/encrypted??? and why are some of the old files turning green/ecrypting themselfs when they werent befor???

i never set anything to do this, all the files open and work fine but why the hell are they doing this??

im stumped on this please help?
