I don't think I would worry to much about going to jail as long as your in the U.S. If your somewhere else though like England or Britian. That's anothere story. I read somewhere that a mother is being charged because her daughter downloaded some music. This was a while back, so I'm kind of hazy on the whole thing, It happenend in Britian I think. I think the mother is facing jail time and a fine. This probably dosen't help much, but music is one thing and apps. are another. Now I'm not going to put down App. downloading because I've done it to. I just think you would have more to worry with apps. than music.
