In your 1st problem, are you sure you installed LW into the same account? Or did you change the downld location? I made the mistake of installing into a different account & all my incompletes had disappeared. It took me a couple of weeks to realise my mistake. doh

For your 2nd problem with jet lag, try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Fixes for Limewire
