I was talking to somebody with the chat function when I blocked that person by mastake. I was wondering if their is some way to turn the block function off, or is it to late once it goes through?

I'm assuming its limewire? In LW go to Tools>Options>Filters>Hosts, highlite the host you want to unblock then click remove then click apply.
