Hi. This is my first time. Please be gentle on me. Would there be someone on line with the patience to explain to me how I can get my limewire to work. I have read many threads but I am still unsure. I would be grateful for any assistance.

You haven't said what your problem is or anything else. I'll guess it's a connection problem.

Did you configure your firewall so it allows LW full access (advisable not to have 2 active firewalls b/c they can interfere with each other); Firewall configuration instructions (click on link)

I can't say any more than that because I don't know whether you're using windows or linux or mac or ... & which version of Java you're using or that type of connection or what brand & model of modem/router, etc. Forum Rules (click here)

What version of Limewire do you have and where did you get it? And, why doesn't it work for you? Please provide a tad bit more info so we can respond to your problem.
