why are my uploads bogged down with bearshare.com frostwire.com shareaza.com and others!!!

i just kill their uploads, no idea how they get in !!! who are they?

They are other members of the gnutella community. You may also find (eventually) your downloads also come from other gnutella clients be it shareaza, bearshare, frostwire, phex, morpheus, gnucleus, etc. So I would suggest to treat them equally! Gnutella is the network & LimeWire is just one of many programs that use it.
