this strain of TB has been around for a while now..its theorized that it was caused by a nimrod not taking his/her/its antibiotics for the requisite period of time....it is presently running rampant in parts of South America....its deadly...

Also, describe where you think he lied in detail and back it up with facts, or at

Hey! My brother is a lawyer, aside from being a real sweetheart , he isn't a sellout. While the profession isn't exactly overflowing with lawyers who have principles, they do exist.

As for TB boy, you are right. It's so obviously a case of "I'm gonna do what I want to do". I wonder if his wife knows what she's gotten into (people with an exxagerated sense of entitlement don't usually confine it to one area), or perhaps she's just like him? He should have to pick up the cost of treatment for anyone he infected (did anyone catch it from him?), as well as the increased costs involved with his actions. I can't believe he isn't at least facing reckless endangerment charges. Once again money talks.

An interesting side note: at blogs.wsj.com/law/2007/05/31/law-blog-lawyer-of-the-day-andrew-speaker-not/ , a commenter on this story wrote that his father-in-law is a CDC Microbiologist specializing in the spread of TB!!
