drag music video to itunes??

hi,can someone please help? im having trouble dragging music videos to my itunes?ive done it in the past and its worked but cant do it now 4 some reason?i know the files have to be mpeg 4 but they wont work?when i drag them to itunes the little plus box appears with the arrow but as soon as its let go nothing happens!! driving me mad

ive even tried downloading the video converter just and thats converting the mp3 videos to the correct format but still wont drop them into my video library?
