Mac Check for Gnutella Blocks
I have a ResNet connection and wished to see if they limit it or don't allow it. I looked up on FAQ and it said to type telnet 64.61.25.171 6346 into my run/start menu. Only problem is that Mac's don't have those. Please help.

Ok. Sorry. Now it does connect to the addresses for 2 seconds and then it disconnects from them. Why???

I am having the exact same problem. Just installed Limewire last night, the green button flashes and then goes to red: disconnected, it sez.
Any suggestions?

Sorry, (this is unreg #2) I should have read some of the other postings. The fix worked for me. NOTE: I had to try it twice before it "took"
