is earlink blocking limewire
I can not connect. I have had no problems since I hooked up with limewire 6 months back. Now last week I can not connect. I know my internet is working. I am on a mac 9.1 I read in FAQ's that aol and some others just plain old block out limewire. I connect directly to net and do not use an earthlink interface. HEEEEEEEEEEEElp me.

Check this link and enter the hosts in Tools > Options > Connections

I contacted earthlink online tech chat before searching this forum -- they aren't blocking anything. Proof of the pudding: the temporary fix (add 208.239.76.100) worked TEMPORARILY. Well now it isn't workiing either, so I will read on, I s'pose.
