My school's IT dept. set up my Network control panel ( system pref) with several different IP addresses: an IP address, a Subnet mask address, a Router address and my Ethernet address. | I don't think any of this would impact your issues with Gnutella... they are basic configurations. If you can funtion on the network in other ways, and the "Gnutella test" came back OK you appear to have ruled out these issues.  |
