I don't know who it is but someone is majory flooding the network with the search request /

over and over.Is there anyway to figure out who this is?It knocked me off my internet for a couple seconds too.I'm expecting to connect to them again soon and I'll leave a pic here to see if I do.

Those are BearShare's urn searches. Previous LimeWire versions filtered them.

Are they gonna filter them again,if not is there a way I can block them from coming in?

No and no. Why should LimeWire filter them? If there are too many of them they will be dropped by the flow control like any other query.
