boots my connection
When i am using limewire it sometimes randomly dissconnects my cable modem connection. I then have to restart my computer. It is driving me up a wall.

That cannot possibly be a LimeWire bug, what operating system are you using? Are you using the latest patches for your network software?
Are you sure your provider has nothing to do with it?

I have a Mac g4 running Osx 10.2.4. Limewire is the nly online program that this happens with. oh yeah i have all the latest upgrades for Limewire.

Hello!
Try this: Inside LW preferences go to Connections> And make sure that the Connect at startup option is selected. If not make a checkmark and then click Apply then Ok and then close LW and Re-Launch it and see if it connects.

I dont have a problem connecting. its when i am already connected it freezes or disconnects my cable modem. i could be connected for 2 minutes or 2 hours. i cant imagine it being with my isp because it doesnt do this with any other program.
