Can't connect on Linux

I have Mandrake 9.1, My machine is on a network and have permanent connection to Internet in a Microsoft Back office LAN.
I can get my "Green light" I try to connect in different ways but nothing happen.

Does the LAN you're on support p2p programs?

You probably have port 6346 closed somewhere in the network. Ask your network administrator to open it up to your computer.

Thanks.
I edit My Microsoft ISA server, ad The port number ano all work fine.
If somebody have to resolve this issue I tell him or her how to do that step by step.
