Absolutely baffled. When I put a search term in the field and press "search", or hit 'enter' the search term disappears, and nothing else happens. Why? How do I fix it? I re-installed the program, updated the Java Runtime, tried disconnecting the firewall (temporarily), nothing works.

I'm running Win98se, 256K RAM.

Peerless a small hint.

Only Limewire, Phex and Morpheus are using Java.

I bet realneal is talking about Limewire.

We need more infos. Which LW version are you using? Since when do you have problem? Did you change your provider recently?

Trouble me woe...

I am also having trouble with the search - the only way I have been able to use it is to uninstall and reinstall.

LimeWire V3.6.15 on XP using IE 6.0.2800.1106...

Focker-

At the top of the right-side screen, at the left corner, there are two tiny arrows. and one of them gives you a fresh screen which then shows you the download search you asked for. Took me a long time to try it. Their documentation didn't point me to that.
Of course, then you have to find the download when it's fininshed.
