No connect on new mac or Dell
I used to use this program a year ago and no problems. Now using it again with new verson on an OSX mac and an XP dell; one at work one at home. Neither will connect. Light always red. Is this new version messed up or what?? Are their older versions out there I can try?? HELP PLEASE!!
