Mine quit working after I installed iTunes - do any of you have iTunes installed - I am on XP.

Did any of you even look at trap_jaw's post? There a possible solution. You could be on a network that blocks gnutella, your ISP could block file shareing, or your firewall could be blocking your connections.

What are you talking about uninstalling? I was talking about deleting your ".limewire" folder - which might help in some cases. However the developers recommend installing the latest beta:

i came off line and then the nex t time i went on line
5 mins later
it wouldnt connect

the beta thing worked for me after i deleted everthing off then went back and downloaded the limewire beta everything has been fine
