Angry connection

Mac S 9.2.2-DSL modem
I have been using Limewire for a while now and have suddenly been unable to establish any connections. In the connection tab the program is actively attempting to connect to over a dozen hosts but is failing. Occasionally it does establish reliable a connection but then drops after a couple of minutes. Have since been unable to connect. Surfing and downloading (the latest version of limewire 3.8.7. Installed) have not been a problem. Forum answers have mentioned alternate hosts but have not been able to do this.

try the test page gbildson suggested http://www3.limewire.com:6346/

that should tell you if port 6346 is open.

If so, try sharing more files; if not, call your ISP and ask why you can't recently connect to the gnutella network on port 6346

(I'm assuming you're not using a firewall or router since you were able to connect before)
