Ok the port 6346 is blocked
- non of the others worked so am i screwed or is there something i can do? SYSTEM SPECS Mac OS X 10.2.8 ( Full Updates ) 640 megs of ram 700 mghz - i deleted it and upgraded it like 50 times trying to fix it - about 1-2 weeks ago it was working now - it just dont even try to connect can someone help me? if there is anything you need to know leave a post and ill get back thanks for any help

Yes, but first, thanks for giving the important info on your system !
Now, are you at a school ? (Or, maybe running LW from an office ?) If so, the administrator of your internet connection may have recently altered the ports you are allowed to access... Try the Port :6346 - Test If It Is 'Blocked' link in my 'sig' below... And, have a careful read of the info in Alternate PORTS which is also with a link down there in my 'sig'... There are some other possible problems, but it's best to try another port first... Well, it may also be easier ! ---------------------------- Or, have you already done all of this stuff ? Have a feeling you may have ! btw, Also mention whether or not you are running with the same version of LW or if the problems started after you did a re-install or an upgrade...

OK just upgraded again always had the same version im thinking since i only had limewire for like 2-3 weeks now
- i tryed the port ( doesnt work ) tried to other thing in red - that didnt work either - dont really know what to do with those numbers - im in school, but it was working before - i dont know why it stopped working |
