Is is a coincidence? I had to reinstall my computer to retrieve something. When I did this Norton Anti Virus said I wasn't connected and it took me half a day to get it fixed. Then I installed Windows Pack Two that was in my update. Is is a coincidence that now my Power that was always Turbo-charged on Limewire Pro is now on 'Poor". I keep getting widows popping up to check my internet connection (I did and it works fine) or check my Firewall. I checked my Windows Firewall and Norton Firewall and they both appear normal. Is there something I missed?. I have contacted Microsoft and Norton Anti virus people but have not heard from them yet. My latest window popup mentioned port 6346 but I am somewhat new on computer and not sure where to check for this. Thanks for any help. Cheers, Art

if I remember corretly this port is the one which is used by LW what was the full error message?
did you tell norton and windows firewall to let limewire through.
