Angry windows XP and Network

Hi

I have windows xp with SP2 on a home network computer. The main computer has no problem connecting to limewire. The network computer will not connect though. I have tried to follow the instructions for configuring the firewall - the problem seems to be that when I enter the IP address 127.0.0.1 and close the dialog box, whenever I go back it has changed the IP address to the computer name. I am using internet connection sharing so I have tried o configure both the connection and the adapter. Still no luck.

Any ideas?

regards

Default For SP2 to permit Limewire to share, add the following ports

You can get SP2 and Limewire to work as follows:

Cheers,

MusicChick are you sure you don't have a firewall (http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=26886) or have you tried the beta LW 4.1.5?

Do you know anything about networks? If not shut up. 99% of your posts are wrong or without a value.
