![]() Uninformed I too use Norton Firewall 2005, as well as Norton AntiVirus 2005, in order to get the best out of these products you will have to learn a little bit about them, that is why I suggested reading your Norton manual. Of the two, the firewall is the most difficult to get to grips with but once you have it configured correctly you, like I, can use LW with the firewall on, you will find that LW (and Java) will work the way you expect, i.e. as if the firewall is switched off.
