 Contact your isp to find find out what the story is. Apparently some do block. But moe likely to block if you'e dwnlding copyright material such as movies etc. If that's a dialup you're refering to, try not to do too much at the same time (ie: browse with multipe pages, using 2nd p2p, etc.) It sounds like your isp is not very reliable. Do you actually get any dwnlds started? I mean do they reach at least 1% for eg?  |
