Exuse me that you are wrong. When you start Limewire all required applications ask for permission.

Because its not needed. I remeber in older Limewire versions that javaw.exe asked for permission. The link you posted is outdated. I tested it five minutes ago, Limewire connect without permission for javaw.exe.
