 Hi Cathapedia, At the moment I cant provide much help, but I had the same problems as you describe. AMD Athlon 64 3000 MSI K8 Neo Motherboard 1024Mb DDR I spent hours trying to fix it, posted on several forums, to no avail. I learned that there are more people with AMD 64 processors and SP2 problems In the end I solved it by reinstalling WinXP and staying away from SP2. But before you take such drastic measures: Did you get these problems after installing Limewire ? If so, does uninstalling Limewire fix it ? What Java version do you use ?
