 As a dial up user you should not run as an Ultrapeer. Go to your LW menu Tools>Options>Speed & tick the Disable UP capabilities & press the Apply button. Reduce your upload speed to near minimum. Tools>Options>Uplds>Basic & move the slider to the left. Press the apply button.
