 The 6346 test page has been down for about a week. You can try another port no. I think on an earlier page I listed a port that someone else used with success. Why not try a port in the 4XXX or 5XXX range. Port selection & proxy no. are not related per se. * Edit: Ports from 49152 - 65535 are open ports, worth trying. (Static ip setting up is often described by modem-router instruction/support pages if that's required.)
