Block host should block them form uploading too

Since the freeloader filter obviously doesn't work. I tried killing the upload 8 or 9 times in 10 minutes, but it kept starting again

What's up withthat ??

edit: woulld there be any chance that the reason this upload kept starting again, was due to the person acting as an ultrapeer ?

Because he/she was only sharing 9 wma songs, while trying to upload a video. My limit is set on 30, so this upload shouldn't have started in the first place, since there were people being qeued that were sharing 100+ files including videos.

The only way I could stop the upload was by killing it again and again untill the slot was taken over by some else, which by the way was sharing, and then it was qeued at 1, so I killed it a few more times to make it go way back in the line
